den Anforderungen eines Auftrags ist nicht g\u00fcltig oder bindend, es sei denn, es wird eine Abweichung oder Aufhebung von einem autorisierten ATS-Vertreter unterzeichnet.<\/h2>\n<p>Der Lieferant ist daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, einen Antrag auf Abweichung\/Nichterf\u00fcllung zu stellen und zur Genehmigung an ATS weiterzuleiten, wenn folgende Gegebenheiten vorliegen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wenn eine \u00c4nderung an einem Teil erforderlich ist und von den Zeichnungsanforderungen abweicht<\/li>\n<li>Wenn das Produkt nicht den Spezifikationen entspricht und nicht rechtzeitig korrigiert werden kann, um die Lieferanforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen<\/li>\n<li>Bei Material- oder Teileaustausch, gleichwertig und\/oder alternativ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
