Cambridge, Ontario<\/strong> (August 13, 2021) \u2013 ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. (TSX:ATA)<\/em> (\u201cATS\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that all of the nominee directors listed in the management information circular dated June 15, 2021, were elected as directors of ATS.  The vote was conducted electronically at the virtual annual and special meeting of shareholders, which took place on August 12, 2020 (\u201cAnnual Meeting\u201d).  The voting results based on votes cast by shareholders present online or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting are set out below:<\/p>\n
