The listen-only webcast can be accessed live at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atsautomation.com\">www.atsautomation.com<\/a>. The conference call can be accessed live by dialing (416) 764-8659 five minutes prior.<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>A replay of the conference will be available on the ATS website following the call. Alternatively, a telephone recording of the call will be available for one week (until midnight August 18, 2021) by dialing (416) 764-8677 and entering passcode 269964 followed by the number sign.<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company will host its annual and special meeting of shareholders on Thursday August 12, 2021 at 10 a.m. eastern. Once again, the meeting will be completely virtual and conducted via a live webcast which can be accessed at <a href=\"https:\/\/web.lumiagm.com\/?fromUrl=433447798\">https:\/\/web.lumiagm.com\/433447798<\/a> allowing all interested shareholders to participate safely.
