Process Assembly Technician

We are looking for a resource to be placed within the Processing Operation Department of CFT Group in the role of mechanical assembly, reporting to the Process Assembly Supervisor. Following an appropriate period of internal training, the identified resource will be responsible for performing precision work in the fabrication and fitting of parts for product processing plants, assembling and fitting the final product based on indications, technical drawings, assembly diagrams and machining cycles.

Tasks

• Interpret relevant technical documentation, including that pertaining to plant engineering, such as assembly and parts drawing, bill of materials, assembly cycle, quality control sheet;
• Perform assembly of mechanical assemblies or subassemblies and intervene with bench machining:
• Perform minor routine maintenance work and/or report the need for it;
• Check the proper operation of the machine, the condition of the product during machining by operating according to safety regulations and report machining rejects.

Qualifications

• Qualification/Diploma of mechanical/mechatronics technician;
• Preferred experience in companies in the industry;
• Excellent manual skills and use of major bench tools;
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing;
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad is appreciated.
