Mechanical Assembly Filler/Seamer

We are looking for a professional to be join the Production Department of CFT Group in the role of mechanical assembly for fillers and seamers . The identified resource will be responsible, following an appropriate period of training, to perform precision work for the construction and adaptation of parts for equipment intended for filling and seaming, assembling and fitting the final product based on indications, technical drawings, monitoring diagrams and processing cycles.

Tasks:

• Perform assembly of mechanical assemblies or subassemblies while respecting the assigned target hours and proposing any design improvements;
• Interpret relevant technical documentation, including plant-related documentation, such as assembly and detail drawings, bill of materials, assembly cycle, quality control sheet, assembly check list;
• Perform minor routine maintenance work and/or report the need for it;
• Check the proper operation of the machine, the condition of the product during processing, operate according to safety regulations, and report any non-conformities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Mechanical High School;
• Experience in the role of at least 3 years;
• Excellent manual skills and use of major bench tools;
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing.
