Sales Assistant maternity leave

CFT Group, part of ATS Corporation, is a supplier of automation systems for the entire food and beverage production process, starting from sorting, processing to secondary packaging. The group has about 900 employees, 15 brands.

CFT group is seeking for the Parma head quarter, a professional in the role Sales Assistant, placing within the Sales Department. The identified resource will be responsible, following an appropriate period of shadowing, to support the Sales Managers of reference in the management of the offer to the customer.

Tasks

• Support the sales team in preparing bids in both business segments (process and packaging area);
• Analyze project requests and interface with customers and agents;
• Coordinating with technical offices to prepare bids;
• Coordinating with administrative offices to ensure successful completion of sales;
• Updating company databases (SAP, Sales Force, CRM);
• Active participation in implementing office coordination activities;
• Willingness to participate in industry trade shows.

Qualifications

• Possess technical diploma or bachelor’s degree;
• Experience in the function and in the Food & Beverage industry preferred;
• Knowledge of languages (English and Spanish mandatory, French if possible);
• Knowledge of office package;
• Customer contact disposition;
• Attention to detail;
• Aptitude for problem-solving.

We offer a placement for maternity leave of 6 months + 6 months.

Place of work: Parma (PR).
