Site Manager
We are looking for a resource to join CFT Group’s Field & Service Department Processing in the role of Field Execution. The candidate will be responsible, following an appropriate period of time to plan site activities in terms of installation, start-up and testing representing the point of contact between the company and the customer, ensuring that the results meet what was agreed with the customer.

Tasks
- Oversee the project with the objective of ensuring results in terms of quality, meeting timelines, technical and budget specifications and ensuring the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved;
- Responsible for planning activities at the customer’s site from the start of installation to project closure;
- Responsible for contracting with suppliers of external site technicians;
- Make reports on status/products of activities (hygiene, safety, environment, quality, cost, timing) and deviations from planning;
- Represent the point of contact for the customer;
- Drive resource allocation requests/changes to meet end results;
- Manage site accounting through precise cost analysis;
- Ensure final results are accepted by the client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics and/or electronics;
- Experience in the role of at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Team Working and Problem Solving skills.

Place of work: Parma, with availability for occasional customer visits (20 days/year)
