Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a resource to join the CFT Group’s After Sales Department in the role of Customer Service Manager. Following an appropriate period of shadowing, the candidate will be responsible for meeting customer needs through telephone or telematic Help Desk activities and on-site visits, both with regard to products and services, monitoring the level of service satisfaction and drawing up periodical reports for management.
You will aim to ensure excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.


Tasks

  • Support the Sales dept in the drafting of offers for service, upgrades, spare parts and maintenance services and, likewise, After Sales if these services are offered on an after-sales basis;
  • Represent the customer’s point of contact for service requests and/or reporting of problems and ensure that these are handled professionally, accurately and on time by the technicians;
  • Carry out periodic visits to customers to actively gather requirements for service, upgrades and spare parts;
  • Monitor purchasing behaviour and customer loyalty levels, collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve service;
  • Plan and coordinate internal alignment meetings;
  • He/she is in charge of drafting offers and managing them until the agreed service is fully delivered;
  • You will aim to ensure excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree in economics or technical-commercial field;
  • 5 years’ experience in the role;
  • Strong predisposition for strategy and customer orientation;
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies;
  • Technical drawing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and second language (preferably Spanish);
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in food processing.
