What Is a Keg Filling System?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A keg filling system, or keg line, is the equipment used to wash, sanitize, fill and seal reusable stainless steel kegs or one-way plastic kegs with beer, wine, cider or other carbonated and still beverages. A complete keg system typically combines several stations in sequence: keg depalletizing, external and internal washing, integrity inspection, isobaric filling, capping, and final palletizing \u2014 all designed to protect the beverage’s quality, carbonation and shelf life from the moment a returned keg enters the plant to the moment a full one leaves it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
