To can its beer, the Japanese craft brewery &#8220;Ise Kadoya Brewery&#8221; chose Co.Mac., that did not stop even during the lockdown period.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"testo\">\n<div class=\"testo\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27744\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foto-impianto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Despite the difficult lockdown period that forced the whole world to come to a halt in the spring of 2020,\u00a0<strong>Co.Mac.<\/strong>\u00a0managed to install, start and test an entire\u00a0<strong>beer caning line completely remotely<\/strong>\u00a0inside the\u00a0<strong>Ise Kadoya Brewery<\/strong>\u00a0in the city of Ise,\u00a0<strong>Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s find out more about this particular remote installation, completed with the fundamental assistance by Mr.\u00a0<strong>Teruya Hori\u00a0<\/strong>from<strong>\u00a0LAFF International<\/strong>, our field partner for this project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/beer-canning-comac-flies-to-japan-for-a-cutting-edge-project#the\">The Ise Kadoya Craft Brewery<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/beer-canning-comac-flies-to-japan-for-a-cutting-edge-project#what\">What was chosen as beer canning line<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/beer-canning-comac-flies-to-japan-for-a-cutting-edge-project#comac\">How Co.Mac. managed the remote installation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"the\">The Ise Kadoya Craft Brewery<\/h2>\n<p>The Ise\u00a0<strong>Kadoya Brewery<\/strong>\u00a0craft brewery was founded in\u00a0<strong>1575<\/strong>\u00a0as a small\u00a0<em>kinako mochi<\/em>\u00a0shop (rice cakes with roasted soybean flour) very popular among pilgrims visiting the Great Shrines of the city of Ise, Japan.<\/p>\n<p>After beginning soy sauce and miso paste production in 1923,\u00a0<strong>Narihiro Suzuki<\/strong>, son of the twentieth president of the company Soichiro Suzuki, in\u00a0<strong>1997,\u00a0<\/strong>became interested in the\u00a0<strong>production of craft beer<\/strong>\u00a0and convinced his father to start a brewery.<\/p>\n<p>After an initially difficult period that complicated business growth, the company began to reap its\u00a0<strong>first profits<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0<strong>early 2000s<\/strong>\u00a0thanks to the creation of the range of\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Sinto Beer\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0souvenir beers, while successively taking full control of sales through the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Ise Kadoya\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0line of craft beers.<\/p>\n<p>Today the company has achieved important results and has focused on\u00a0<strong>strengthening the craft market<\/strong>\u00a0in Japan, willing to move from the\u00a0<strong>current 1-2%<\/strong>\u00a0of craft beer sold throughout the country to\u00a0<strong>5% or more<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020,\u00a0<strong>Ise Kadoya<\/strong> decided to rely on an<strong> all-Italian experience with Co.Mac.<\/strong>, purchasing a complete beer canning line.<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foto-presidente.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"296\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Picture: Narihiro Suzuki, President of Ise Kadoya Brewery<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what\">What was chosen as beer canning method<\/h2>\n<p>The beer canning line chosen by\u00a0<strong>Ise Kadoya Brewery<\/strong>\u00a0consists of a\u00a0<strong>top depalletizer<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>gravity rinsing machine<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>Microbrew 10-2\u00a0<\/strong>can monoblock, a\u00a0<strong>level control<\/strong>, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/products\/heating-and-cooling-tunnel\">heating tunnel<\/a>\u00a0and the conveyor belts.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Microbrew 10-2 can monoblock<\/h3>\n<p>The Microbrew 10-2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/beverage-canning-machine\">can monoblock<\/a>\u00a0is an isobaric filling machine capable of packaging up to\u00a0<strong>6,000 cans\/hour<\/strong>. <strong>Compact and versatile<\/strong>, it is manufactured with a steel frame and covered with\u00a0<strong>AISI 304 stainless steel metal sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Microbrew 10-2 monoblock allows to obtain many advantages for the production:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High performance related to type of monoblock<\/li>\n<li>Product quality is guaranteed thanks to the use of the same technical solutions as high-capacity monoblocks<\/li>\n<li>Settings are optimal for all filling parameters (flush with inert gas, pressurization, filling, separate gas return during filling, decompression)<\/li>\n<li>Specific recipes for different types of products can be adjusted and selected from the HMI<\/li>\n<li>All filling parameters remain unchanged;
