{"id":12052,"date":"2014-03-18T15:13:33","date_gmt":"2014-03-18T14:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.comacitalia.it\/i-nastri-trasportatori-secondo-comac\/"},"modified":"2014-03-18T15:13:33","modified_gmt":"2014-03-18T14:13:33","slug":"conveyors-by-comac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vipgo.atsautomation.com\/comac\/comac-plants\/conveyors-by-comac\/","title":{"rendered":"Conveyors by Comac"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Sometimes unfairly considered only as a simple connection between different machines for the handling of containers, boxes and pallets, conveyors are indeed a critical point of kegging and bottling lines.<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6018\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Nastri-aerei-03-no-cavi-300x257.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"422\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In more than twenty years of activity,\u00a0<strong>Comac Group has designed, manufactured and installed a relevant number of plants\u00a0<\/strong>with nominal outputs going from a few hundreds to a hundred thousand units for 6000 hours per year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to satisfy such a range of specific requests, Comac studies the most adequate type of conveyors for each single layout<\/strong>, so as\u00a0<strong>to reduce handling and maintenance costs<\/strong>\u00a0and, consequently, the price of its plants.<\/p>\n<p>An accurate study leads to the choice of stainless steel or plastic components, self-lubricating oscillating support or traditional supports with central lubrication system.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6016\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Trasportatori-fusti-01-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The group formed by gear motor and frequency converter, energy saving and reduction of the noise generated by accumulations are fundamental points for Comac Group.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The solutions applied are:\u00a0<strong>careful dimensioning of the gear motor assembly with high efficiency motors and maximum reduction of sliding friction in case of accumulation of containers on the conveyor chains<\/strong>, obtained by means of dedicated software.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, motor starts and stops according to the real necessities of the line.
