Both types of valves guarantee the\u00a0<strong>best performance<\/strong>\u00a0in terms of filling speed, level and quality parameters (oxygen pick up as first).<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<strong>CASSIOPEA 32206-E<\/strong>, the filling level in bottles is determined by means of an\u00a0<strong>electronic probe<\/strong>\u00a0and this is an important\u00a0<strong>innovation<\/strong>\u00a0because\u00a0<strong>the probe is movable inside the valve<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The probe is inserted in the bottle just during filling, in this way, if the bottle explodes during pressurization, the probe will not be damaged.<\/p>\n<p>Both types of valves do not require a bottle lifting cylinder, thus substantially\u00a0<strong>reducing the complexity and cost of the systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The brand new monoblocks\u00a0<strong>CASSIOPEA 32206-E<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>PHOENIX 284-E<\/strong>\u00a0have some\u00a0<strong>features in common<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 They are\u00a0<strong>totally \u201cgear free\u201d, both for rotation and height adjustment<\/strong>: everything is moved by means of servo motors electronically synchronized<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The motors include a lot of\u00a0<strong>interesting features<\/strong>\u00a0such as electronic clutches (based on the torque real time measuring), safe limited speed in jog mode, safe \u201cfreeze\u201d position for the starwheels changeover etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0<strong>electric consumption is reduced by over 50%<\/strong>\u00a0compared to traditional monoblocks.<\/p>\n<p>As far as the PHOENIX 284- E is concerned,\u00a0<strong>the seamer is set in a complete new \u201ctotally open\u201d version<\/strong>, which simplifies the cleaning procedures while electronically synchronized with the filler as well.<\/p>\n<p>Aren&#8217;t you now curious to see them operating?
