Il 17 agosto una delegazione Comac guidata da\u00a0<strong>Giorgio Donadoni<\/strong>\u00a0si \u00e8 recata in Inghilterra per consegnare il premio del\u00a0<strong>Brussel Beer Challenge<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>Daniel Thwaites<\/strong>\u00a0vincitore del concorso per l\u2019edizione 2014. Comac \u00e8 sponsor ufficiale, per gli anni 2014, 2015 e 2016, di questa importante manifestazione che ogni anno vede la partecipazione di\u00a0<strong>60 rinomati intenditori e di 850 birre provenienti da tutto il mondo<\/strong>. Le birre partecipanti sono divise in categorie in base alla provenienza, tipicit\u00e0 e stile e quindi valutate. Al termine delle due giornate di degustazione, alle migliori birre, in ogni categoria, vengono assegnati un premio d&#8217;oro, d&#8217;argento o di bronzo. Questo concorso di birra professionale \u00e8 un&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 unica per tutti i produttori di birra di competere con i migliori produttori di birra internazionali e belgi.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i vincitori dello scorso anno lo speciale premio di Comac \u00e8 stato conferito a Daniel Thwaites, una rinomata fabbrica di birra nata a Blackburn e attiva sin dal 1807. A rendere ancora pi\u00f9 unico questo importante riconoscimento, la bella scultura realizzata per Comac dall\u2019artista, scultore, pittore e disegnatore Luca Cat\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Per ricordare questa bella giornata e rendere omaggio al birrificio Daniel Thwaites, vogliamo riportarvi una breve intervista che racconta con parole inedite il lavoro di questa bella squadra e quello che pensano della birra Italiana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) How and when did you decide to become a brewmaster and how did beer turn out to be one of your passions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are very proud of our heritage and our history with the brewing industry. We have always been passionate about brewing great quality, award-winning beers, and celebrate over 200 years success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Why did you choose to take part in BBC with this specific beer? Why do you consider it your favorite one?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We decided to enter Triple C into the awards as it represents our entry into the craft beer market, and our ability to adapt to the changes in this industry. It is extremely popular, and demonstrates great use of hops in creating an interesting and refreshing beer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Passion for craft beer is spreading worldwide. How is you home country living this phenomenon?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Craft beer is consistently growing in the UK on the back of influence from America, and looks to continue to rise for the foreseeable future. Daniel Thwaites is committed to following this trend and embracing a change in the way customers view beer and the various styles. There are so many craft microbreweries in the UK now, so we need to be transient to ensure we can remain competitive and current.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Italy is trying to conquer its own place in craft beer market. Did you know this?
