It was designed to reach a specific goal, that is, attaining <strong>quality performance<\/strong> in a <strong>safe<\/strong> and <strong>controlled<\/strong> way.<\/p>\n<p>This machine was developed for <strong>beer<\/strong> pasteurization and offers an output capacity ranging <strong>from 1,000 to 4,000 liters per hour<\/strong>. A highly <strong>versatile <\/strong>pasteurizer, this machine can be integrated into all the beverage packaging lines designed by Comac \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/keg-lines\/\"><strong>kegs<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/can-lines\/\"><strong>cans<\/strong><\/a><strong>, and <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/bottle-lines\/\"><strong>bottles<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to this machine, product can be <strong>automatically\u00a0<\/strong><strong>fully <\/strong>pasteurized. Also, a <strong>control panel<\/strong> allows for production optimization, thus reducing <strong>waste<\/strong> and necessary<strong> time<\/strong> while ensuring <strong>constant monitoring <\/strong>of all processing parameters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few characteristics of our Compact flash pasteurizer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>hot water circulation<\/strong> system, including a heating system that works through steam injection into a water\/steam mixer, pressure reducer with a steam modulating valve, water circulation centrifugal pump, temperature probe, and other elements.<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>high-pressure centrifugal pump<\/strong>, controlled by a frequency converter, and a <strong>booster pump,<\/strong> which maintains the differential pressure in the heat exchanger between the pasteurized and unpasteurized product.<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>coolant circuit<\/strong>, equipped with a centrifugal pump, feed modulating valve, pressure indicator, temperature indicator, and manual valves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moreover, in order to ensure <strong>the easiest possible installation<\/strong>, the pasteurizer and the buffer are installed on a skid.
