These systems are manufactured with high-quality\u00a0<strong>technologies and components<\/strong>\u00a0and are developed in collaboration with the\u00a0<strong>CFT Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/ShowImage.ashx?file=64395&amp;lang=1&amp;k=eaohJ0\" alt=\"costruttori-linee-imbottigliamento-completo\" width=\"412\" height=\"188\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Bottling systems over 12,000 glass bottles\/hour<\/h3>\n<p>Also in this case, the systems, manufactured in collaboration with the CFT Group, carry out each phase, from rinsing to capping, completely and automatically. This type of system meets the\u00a0<strong>highest production requirements<\/strong>, with an output starting\u00a0<strong>from 12,000 bottles\/hour<\/strong>; it is therefore designed for\u00a0<strong>mass production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As for the other two types, these machines are equipped with an\u00a0<strong>operator panel<\/strong>\u00a0that allows to control all operating parameters of the Comac system.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/ShowImage.ashx?file=56909&amp;lang=1&amp;k=AWzo2j\" alt=\"costruttori-linee-imbottigliamento-master\" width=\"478\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"saturation-unit\">Saturation unit<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/products\/saturation-units\/\">saturation unit<\/a>\u00a0is made of\u00a0<strong>AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong>\u00a0and is used to\u00a0<strong>deaerate the water<\/strong>\u00a0and consequently\u00a0<strong>carbonate<\/strong>\u00a0it to obtain\u00a0<strong>sparkling water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>deaeration tank<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>carbonation device<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>stabilization\/storage tank<\/strong>\u00a0are the main components of this instrument.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water<\/strong>, introduced into the first tank from above, is\u00a0<strong>nebulized<\/strong>\u00a0therefore it\u00a0<strong>expels all its gases<\/strong>\u00a0to facilitate the carbonation phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excess carbon dioxide<\/strong>\u00a0from the saturation tank is also channeled into this tank. Furthermore,\u00a0<strong>CO2<\/strong>\u00a0facilitates deaeration and triggers a slight\u00a0<strong>pre-carbonation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the\u00a0<strong>carbonation device<\/strong>\u00a0injects carbon dioxide into the water, to make it carbonated. The amount of CO2 to be introduced is regulated by a\u00a0<strong>modulating valve<\/strong>, which allows for\u00a0<strong>different degrees of carbonation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the carbonated water is sent to the\u00a0<strong>stabilization\/storage tank<\/strong>, kept under pressure with CO2, and sent to the\u00a0<strong>filler<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/ShowImage.ashx?file=2088&amp;lang=1&amp;k=XKpSb6\" alt=\"costruttori-linee-imbottigliamento-saturatore\" width=\"300\" height=\"303\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"premix-unit\">Premix unit<\/h2>\n<p>A beverage bottling line may include a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/products\/premix\/\">premix unit<\/a>\u00a0which, made of\u00a0<strong>AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong>, deaerates water,\u00a0<strong>adding syrup<\/strong>\u00a0and subsequently carbonizing water to obtain the desired carbonated beverage.<\/p>\n<p>The process is very similar to that of water. The difference is in the addition of the syrup when creating the beverage.<\/p>\n<p>The syrup tank receives the concentrated syrup (<strong>50\/60 brix<\/strong>) and then the\u00a0<strong>water\/syrup mixing unit<\/strong>\u00a0measures out the water and the syrup according to the recipe.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/ShowImage.ashx?file=2083&amp;lang=1&amp;k=HTX9dh\" alt=\"costruttori-linee-imbottigliamento-premix\" width=\"300\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"heating-tunnel\">Heating and cooling tunnel<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/products\/heating-and-cooling-tunnel\">Heating and cooling tunnels<\/a>\u00a0are necessary to bring the previously bottled cold or hot product to\u00a0<strong>room temperature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Both tunnels are made of\u00a0<strong>AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>tanks<\/strong>\u00a0that feed the upper showers are anchored inside them.<\/p>\n<p>The command and control devices for both the mechanical cycle and the\u00a0<strong>temperature<\/strong>\u00a0are located on the outside.<\/p>\n<p>The bottles rest on a chain inside the machine and, by means of an\u00a0<strong>external gear motor<\/strong>, move to the various sections where they are sprayed by the upper showers that heat or cool the drink, until the desired room temperature is reached at output.<\/p>\n<p>All the tanks are equipped with\u00a0<strong>side access doors<\/strong>\u00a0which allow for\u00a0<strong>cleaning<\/strong>\u00a0and periodic\u00a0<strong>maintenance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.comacgroup.com\/ShowImage.ashx?file=2128&amp;lang=1&amp;k=lymOo\" alt=\"costruttori-linee-imbottigliamento-raffreddamento\" width=\"400\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tunnel-pasteurizer\">Tunnel pasteurizer<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comacgroup.com\/products\/tunnel-pasteurizer\/\">tunnel pasteurization unit<\/a>\u00a0is designed to\u00a0<strong>pasteurize<\/strong>\u00a0the bottled product and is available in\u00a0<strong>different sizes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the machine, bottles are placed on a chain and, as they progress through the various sections, they are sprayed by the\u00a0<strong>upper showers<\/strong>, at different temperatures, until they reach the output.
