Die Desinfektion erfolgt in der Regel durch alkoholische Schnelldesinfektion.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Winkel aneinander liegender Teile und Komponenten sind \u2265 90\u00b0 ausgef\u00fchrt und mit f\u00fcr Abf\u00fcllung und Reinigung zugelassenen spaltfreien Dichtungen ausgestattet.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Bauteile und Sensorik sind beim Tubenf\u00fcller der Steril-Plattform vollst\u00e4ndig gekapselt und damit leicht zu reinigen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr den manuellen Zugriff sind an allen wichtigen Punkten der Maschine Handschuheingriffe angebracht.<\/li>\n<li>Bei Produkt- oder Chargenwechseln k\u00f6nnen s\u00e4mtliche produktber\u00fchrten Teile ohne<br \/>\nAus- und Wiedereinbau \u00fcber das integrierte CIP\/SIP-System gereinigt und sterilisiert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Keine potentielle \u201eTotr\u00e4ume\u201c, in denen sich R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde oder Bakterien einlagern und vermehren k\u00f6nnen<br \/>\nAlle produktber\u00fchrenden Teile sind e-poliert und weisen im Standard eine Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte von \u2264 0,8 \u03bcm auf.<\/li>\n<li>Die eingesetzten Dichtungen sind im Produktbereich und an Prozessventilen aus FDA+EMEA\/410\/01-zertifizierten Siliconen bzw. FPM gefertigt. Dichtungen im Spritz- und Nicht-Produktbereich bestehen aus FPM (Viton\u00ae).<\/li>\n<li>Formatteile mit einer Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte von mindestens Ra \u2264 0,8 \u03bcm sind aus den hitzebest\u00e4ndigen und widerstandsf\u00e4higen Kunststoffen PVDF (Polyvinylidenfluorid) oder dem Polymer Peek hergestellt.
