solo del fungo trasformato, congelato, secco, in salamoia e fresco.<\/p><p>I valori che la contraddistinguono sono: la qualit\u00e0 del prodotto, la sicurezza alimentare e lo sguardo verso il futuro.<br \/>La scelta \u00e8 ricaduta sulla selezionatrice ottica Dryce, perch\u00e9 Raytec \u00e8 un&#8217;azienda di riferimento nel mondo della sicurezza alimentare. La particolarit\u00e0 del fungo \u00e8 che essendo un prodotto che viene dalla terra e non \u00e8 coltivato, \u00e8 facilmente contaminato da corpi estranei che difficilmente si possono individuare ad occhio nudo. Per questo motivo la cernita manuale era stata esclusa a priori, optando invece per una tecnologia che potesse sopperire alla &#8220;fallibilit\u00e0&#8221; umana, ottimizzando i costi e garantendo una buona capacit\u00e0 di prodotto processato.<\/p><p>&#8220;Il rapporto con Raytec diciamo che oramai \u00e8 quotidiano e di massima disponibilit\u00e0, per qualsiasi problematica o upgrade del programma di gestione dei corpi estranei, loro sono sempre presenti.\u00a0 La sfida \u00e8 cercare di accontentare sempre il cliente e il cliente, come dice il detto, ha sempre ragione.
