Raynbow ist eine optische Sortiermaschine mit hochaufl\u00f6senden Sensoren, die das Produkt mithilfe des \u201eHigh Speed Double Vision\u201c-Systems pr\u00fcfen, das 100 % der Oberfl\u00e4che jedes Produkts analysiert.<\/p>\n

Das System wird zur Kontrolle von Agrar- und Lebensmittelprodukten eingesetzt: #Obst und #Gem\u00fcse. In diesem Fall wird es f\u00fcr #Kartoffeln verwendet. <\/p>\n

Raynbow kann Farbfehler, markierte Produkte und Fremdk\u00f6rper aussortieren, auch wenn diese die gleiche Farbe wie das einwandfreie Produkt aufweisen. Das Produkt wird auf dem F\u00f6rderband zugef\u00fchrt, das zur Stabilisierung des Produkts dient, damit es nicht abrollt. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen alle Produkte unter denselben Bedingungen sowohl im Inspektionsbereich als auch im Auswurfbereich kontrolliert und bei Bedarf ausgeschleust werden. <\/p>\n

Raynbow kann \u00fcber ein Palette-Reject-System mit elektropneumatischer oder pneumatischer Aktivierung mittels elektrisch gesteuerter Auswurfventile verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Es kann \u00fcber ein einzelnes Auswurfsystem verf\u00fcgen oder im 3Way-Modus zwei Auswurfsysteme haben, die unbrauchbare Produkte von Produkten mit M\u00e4ngeln der zweiten Wahl unterscheiden.
