ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., ein branchenführender Anbieter von Automatisierungslösungen, gab heute den Abschluss der Übernahme von Comecer S.p.A. bekannt, einem führenden Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Herstellung und Wartung moderner aseptischer Einschluss- und Verarbeitungssysteme für die nuklearmedizinische und pharmazeutische Industrie. Die Übernahme wurde bereits am 19. Dezember 2018 bekanntgegeben.
