Comac provides beverage bottling lines that ensure you the best performance for your activity: discover all the lines on this page.

Comac offers different plants and machines that together form very efficient beverage bottling lines. Let’s discover together which are these components:

Comac’s beverage bottling plants

Choosing the right bottling plant depends on two main factors: the space available in the company and the quantity of bottles to fill in a specific period of time.

Comac offers three types of bottling plants, according to three different production capacities. In this way, it is possible to obtain:

All these plants are fully automatic: they carry out the rinsing cycles, the filling cycles and capping of bottles completely on their own.

Moreover, they are perfect for the treatment of bottles with different shapes and can be used for all types of beverages: beer, alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks, wine, fruit juice and plain or sparkling water.

Comac’s beverage bottling machines

In order to create efficient beverage bottling lines, these plants need to be completed with a series of accessory machines:

Saturation Unit

The saturation unit is a very interesting machine to be added to beverage bottling lines because it carries out all the operations of deaeration of the water and the subsequent carbonation to obtain carbonated water. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel so it is very safe and resistant.
This machine is composed of two tanks (one for deaeration and one for stabilization) and a carbonation device.
First of all the water is poured into the first tank in order to expel all the gases and facilitate the
consequent carbonation phase. Then, the carbonation device injects carbon dioxide into the water, to make it carbonated. Thanks to a modulating valve, it is possible to regulate the degree of carbonation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”13901″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Premix Unit

The premix unit is used to produce syruped beverages. The process is very similar to that of water carbonation, but in this case there is one more step: the addition of the syrup for the creation of the beverage.
The concentrated syrup (50/60 brix) is introduced in the tank and is then mixed with the water/syrup mixing unit. The quantity of water and syrup is measured according to the recipe.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”13908″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Tunnel of heating and cooling

The tunnel of heating and cooling is used in beverage bottling lines to bring hot or cold water into room temperature.
These tunnels are made in AISI 304 stainless steel and they are connected to the tanks the feed the upper showers.
Thanks to an external gear motor, the bottles are carried on a chain inside the machine to different sections with showers that cool or heat the beverage, until the desired temperature is reached.
Outside are located the command and control devices for both the mechanical cycle and the temperature.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”13915″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Tunnel pasteurizer

The tunnel pasteurizer is designed for the pasteurization of the beverage.
Just like the tunnel of heating and cooling, the bottles are led to different sections by a chain and then are sprayed by the upper showers, at different temperatures.
Bottle transit speed and the duration of the treatment can be regulated with an operator panel and there is also an automatic system which prevents over-pasteurization of the product in case the internal conveyor stops.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
