
Matrix Camera Optical Sorter
SPIRYT is a next-generation optical sorter designed for 360-degree quality control of potatoes, powered by advanced artificial intelligence (Deep Learning).
Thanks to the rotating roller belt (spin belt), each potato is gently rotated while a system of matrix cameras captures detailed images of its entire surface. This allows the software to analyze every single product with extreme accuracy, significantly improving final quality and completely replacing manual sorting.
Based on a self-learning principle, SPIRYT easily adapts to different potato varieties and quality standards. Its compact design and seamless integration with other machines make it ideal for installation within automated processing lines, contributing to efficient and continuous production.
The system is capable of creating a real-time “identity profile” of each potato by analyzing it from every angle. This makes it possible to detect even the smallest defects, such as bruises, sprouts, blemishes, or surface-visible internal issues.
