The technology
What Is a Keg Filling System?
A keg filling system, or keg line, is the equipment used to wash, sanitize, fill and seal reusable stainless steel kegs or one-way plastic kegs with beer, wine, cider or other carbonated and still beverages. A complete keg system typically combines several stations in sequence: keg depalletizing, external and internal washing, integrity inspection, isobaric filling, capping, and final palletizing — all designed to protect the beverage’s quality, carbonation and shelf life from the moment a returned keg enters the plant to the moment a full one leaves it.
Co.Mac. keg systems are engineered for both stainless steel and one-way (PET) kegs, and can be configured as fully manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic lines depending on your production volume, labor availability and growth plans. Every line is built with food-grade stainless steel components and can be customized with ancillary equipment — depalletizers, pallet checkers, weighing stations, collar applicators and capping robots — to build a complete, integrated packaging line around your filler.

Why Choose a Co.Mac. Keg System
More than 30 years of experience in kegging technology means every Co.Mac. line is built to grow with your business, not just meet today’s throughput.

From a single semi-automatic head to a fully integrated high-speed line, Co.Mac. lines are built on modular platforms that let you add capacity as demand grows, without replacing your whole system.
Built for Any Format
Stainless steel kegs, one-way PET kegs, or both on the same line — Co.Mac. machines are engineered to handle the keg formats your production actually needs, not a fixed standard.
Isobaric Filling Precision
