These machines automatically rinse, fill and cap glass bottles of any shape, reaching a maximum of 8,000 bottles per hour. They are also perfect for bottling drinks other than water, such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

In the event of greater production requirements, Comac also offers machines capable of filling up to 12,000 bottles/hour. These automatic systems are built with high qualitytechnologies and components, in collaboration with the CFT Group.

These are bottling machines capable of reaching productions exceeding 12,000 bottles/hour, also manufactured in collaboration with the CFT Group. These machines, as is the case for the entire Comac range, are designed to automatically complete every production process phase, from rinsing to capping water or other non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage bottles.


How to obtain sparkling water with Comac equipment

In addition to water bottle filling machines, Comac also offers accessory machines capable of guaranteeing an increasingly complete service.The saturation unit, for example, is perfect for those who want to produce sparkling water. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it de-aerates and then carbonates water.
The main components of this machine include a deaeration tank, carbonation device and a stabilization/storage tank for the carbonated product.
Water is fed into the first tank from above and then nebulized to expel all gases and promote the carbonation phase.
Next, the carbonation device injects carbon dioxide into the water to make it carbonated. The amount of injected CO2 is regulated by a modulating valve which allows for different degrees of carbonation.
The last step consists in sending the carbonated water to the CO2 pressurized stabilization/storage tank before sending it to the filling machine.
